SteelSentry understands that our clients need industrial furniture that will protect their instruments from electrostatic discharge. This week’s product, our ESD Workbench is just one of the ESD tables and workbenches we manufacture specifically to be safe for use around static-producing equipment.
Our ESD Workbench, like our entire line of ESD safe line of industrial furniture, is made to ensure that no high charge materials are within the immediate area of ESD sensitive electronics. The Electrostatic Protective Area prevents charge build-up on sensitive equipment, and by including features like conductive wrist straps and anti-static floormats, our Electrostatic Protective Areas also manage high voltages, preventing them from accumulating on workstation operators and damaging the work in process.
Our ESD benches are fully customizable to fit your individual needs and specifications, and we will work with you by modifying any of our SteelSentry workbenches and tables. Plus, before shipping your order, every ESD workbench we manufacture is individually tested with 3M Calibrated and Certified 701 series Megaohmmeter (a device specifically designed for the testing of static control surfaces) in order to guarantee the quality of our Static Control Surfaces.
